If this error is encountered when attempting to start the Cato Client for Windows, follow the steps below to restore access without reinstalling the client.
This message seems to imply that in order to use the Cato Client, it must be reinstalled. NOT SO!
Here are the 3 easy steps to success:
1) Start --> Run --> services.msc (OK)
2) Check the list of services to see if the CatoNetworksVPNService is 'Running'.
3) If it isn't, Click the green Play button to start the service!
That's it! Relaunch the Cato Client, and you should be ready to go.
If the service fails to start, or starts and then stops again, or if it was already running, then please open a support ticket.
