This article explains how you can use the Knowledge Base AI assistant to understand features in the Cato Management Application (CMA).
The AI assistant is an AI-based chatbot that answers your questions about Cato features and functionality in natural language. It bases its responses on the Knowledge Base and does not provide custom responses for your account.
After you enter a question, the AI assistant searches the Knowledge Base to generate an answer. If you ask a follow-up question in the same session, it considers the context of the first question to provide more accurate answers. However, if you press Clear or navigate backward, previous answers are not considered.
Throughout the conversation, links to relevant Knowledge Base articles are provided to learn more about a specific item.
We are continuously working to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the AI assistant. However, individual answers generated by the AI assistant need to be verified and can possibly be incorrect or misleading. If there is conflicting information between the AI assistant and the Knowledge Base, the information in the Knowledge Base should be considered the most accurate. For the most accurate results, ask questions in English.
The AI assistant scrapes the Knowledge Base once a week to ensure it remains up to date with the latest articles. It is not able to answer account-specific questions.
