Viewing Translated Knowledge Base Articles

Overview

To enhance usability and improve your understanding of features, in addition to the default English, the Knowledge Base is available in several different languages through AI-powered translation.

The AI translation engine may introduce grammatical errors or inaccuracies. If you have feedback on a translation, please contact article-translations@catonetworks.com.

New articles and changes to existing articles are updated every 24 hours. Please note that Cato Support is available only in English.

You can also change the language of the CMA, for more information, see Setting the CMA User Interface Preferences.

The supported languages are:

  • Arabic (not supported in the CMA)

  • Bengali

  • French

  • Hindi

  • Japanese

  • Korean

  • Mandarin (Simplified) Chinese

  • Portuguese

  • Russian

  • Spanish

Changing the Language in the Knowledge Base

To change the language of the Knowledge Base, click the drop-down in the top right-hand corner and select a language.
