As part of our commitment to provide the best possible infrastructure for our customer's business, we maintain a Status Page to notify you of scheduled network maintenance that may affect your service.
On the Status Page, we display up-to-date information about the status of Cato services. This is split by features, for example, the Device Dashboard and geographical locations, for example Phoenix, AZ. You can choose to see Cato's service history as a list or as a calendar.
Note: Notifications are only sent for unscheduled maintenance, notifications are not sent for routine scheduled maintenance to the Cato Cloud (such as regular PoP updates).
In addition, you’ll be able to get the current service status and the uptime of our CATO Cloud network as well as our management page status.
You can also subscribe to the status page to receive notifications ofincidents by either:

Phone
-
Slack
-
MS Teams

Webhook
You can choose to subscribe to notifications about all services or select specific services to receive updates about. You can select services based on features, for example, the Device Dashboard or geographical locations, for example Phoenix, AZ
To subscribe to the status page:

Navigate to the Status Page and Click Subscribe.

Select your preferred subscription method, enter the required information, and accept the terms and conditions.

Choose the notifications you would like to receive:

All services: Receive notifications about all features and geographical location

Selected Services: Choose which features and geographical locations to receive notifications about

-
(Optional) Choose to only receive minimal number of notifications per incident.

Click Save.
