As part of our commitment to provide the best possible infrastructure for our customer's business, we're maintaining a status page in order to notify our valued customers of scheduled network maintenance that may affect their service.
We will be detailing all relevant information such as: Affected services, Maintenance Scope, Description, Impact, and the Estimated duration of downtime for each item.
Note: Notifications are only sent for unscheduled maintenance, notifications are not sent for routine scheduled maintenance to the Cato Cloud (such as regular PoP updates).
In addition, you’ll be able to get the current service status and the uptime of our CATO Cloud network as well as our management page status.
In order to subscribe to “status page” please follow the steps below:

Browse to the following web page - CATO status page

Click on the SUBSCRIBE option

You'll be prompted with the following screen

Please choose the relevant subscription method: Email, SMS, Slack, Webhook, Microsoft teams methods are available.

Once done, please click on the "Subscribe" button.
