The Profile panel lets you control how the Cato Management Application appears on your computer. It also gives you access to admin account details and the logout command.

The Profile panel lets you control how the Cato Management Application navigation controls are displayed. You can switch between various display modes at any time.

On the Cato Management Application toolbar, click the Profile icon. A pop-up window opens with the Profile settings.

Select one of the following navigation layout options:

The Cato Management Application can be displayed in either a light theme (with a white background) or a dark theme (with a black and grey background).

On the Cato Management Application toolbar, click the Profile icon. A pop-up window opens with the Profile settings.

Select the Theme for the display.

Using the Tabs mode option, you can configure how the Cato Management Application displays sections within a screen, as standard tabs or flat tabs. With standard tabs, each section is a separate tab and only the information on the selected tab is displayed. With flat tabs, all the sections are arranged vertically in the screen at the same time.
To configure the Tabs mode:

On the Cato Management Application toolbar, click the Profile icon. A pop-up window opens with the Profile settings.

In Tabs mode, select the Flat Tabs or Standard Tabs icon.
The screen is automatically updated for the new Tabs mode.
The following examples show the Categories screen with the Tabs mode options for the Custom Categories and System Categories sections.

The General Profile screen lets an admin for the Cato Management Application see the following information:

Created: the date when the admin was added to the system

Modified: the last date the admin's account was modified in some way

Email address used to log in to the system

Role assigned to the admin

Multi-Factor Authorization (MFA) enabled

Password never expires
Using the Actions drop-down menu on the General window, you can initiate the following actions:

Resent Invitation: sends a new invitation email to the admin

Reset Password: resets the user's password and sends the admin a password renewal email.

Disable: disables the admin's ability to log in to the Cato Management Application.

Reset MFA: resets MFA for the admins
