If I start the case application and click the connect button on the disconnected screen, it will remain connected and continue changed.

Hi. Do you think it would be possible to have the file version and upload date of the SDP client displayed on the Download page? It'd be way easier to know if a new version  available.

    Hi bmeid,

This is good feedback which I will pass on to our product team.

New Clients are always announced in our Release Notes or you could click Follow on the article for the relevant OS under Summary of Cato Client Releases. Then you will get an email when a new version is added to that page.

    Hi Michael,

v5.9 of the Windows client was announced on November 20 (from your Release Notes link and Summary of Cato Client Releases link), but is not available on the Client Download Portal or the MSI link from this help article, so unfortunately that does not appear to be a solution to the issue.

Unfortunately, this is common with Cato. Every VPN client release is announced, but then not made available to download when announced. Then the Client Download Portal and the MSI link in the help article are updated weeks or months in the future without any notification, but not always at the same time, and there's no way to know that it has been updated.

It seems the only way to get the latest VPN client is to remember to download and manually check the version number every few days, hoping you have posted the new version so we can begin our internal validation testing.

Not to mention it's impossible to download previous versions.

Please, please re-evaluate both the timing and how you are posting your VPN client releases. Many of your customers have voiced these concerns but they have fallen on deaf ears or resulted in empty promises. See:
