如何使用USB闪存驱动器运行X1500 Socket

概览

X1500 Sockets具有用于存储操作系统的内部SD卡。 如果SD卡出现故障，并且没有备用卡，可以使用USB闪存驱动器运行Socket，以等待更换。

本文描述了使用Windows桌面准备、安装和使用USB闪存驱动器的过程。

环境

必填材料 

  • 至少有一个可用USB-A端口的Windows计算机

  • DiskGenius或其他支持Ext2的驱动器格式化软件

  • Win32 Disk Imager或其他磁盘镜像软件

  • 两个USB闪存驱动器

    • 8+GB USB闪存驱动器

    • 16+GB USB闪存驱动器

  • Phillips螺丝刀

  • (可选)串行电缆

说明

准备USB驱动器

  1. 第一步是准备一个8GB+的USB驱动器用于Socket镜像。 这将在后续步骤中使用。 请完成以下文章详细说明的过程：

  2. The next step is to format your second USB flash drive (16+ GB USB flash) to an Ext2 file type.

    1. 将16GB以上的闪存盘插入电脑。

    2. Run DiskGenius.

    3. Right-click the USB flash drive and select Quick Partition(F6).

    4. Under Partition Count, select Custom: and 1 next to Partitions.

    6. If you get a warning that the USB flash drive already has partitions, click Yes to delete the existing partitions.

    7. Right-click the new partition under the USB flash drive and select Format Current Partition(F).

    8. h. Select Ext2 for File System and click Format.

    9. Click Yes at the prompt.

    10. Right-click the USB flash drive and select Safely Eject Disk (J).

    11. Remove the USB flash drive from your computer and set it aside.

准备Socket

现在USB驱动器已准备好使用，接下来准备Socket使用。

  1. 将电源线从Socket上拔下。

  2. 使用Phillips螺丝刀，取下固定Socket外壳盖子的三个螺丝。 Socket的每侧有一个螺丝，底部有一个螺丝。

  8. 将盖子滑过Socket外壳的前部。

  9. 固定三个螺丝以固定盖子到外壳。

实现USB闪存驱动器

现在USB驱动器已准备好，Socket也准备就绪。 下一步是实现USB闪存驱动器以用作Socket操作系统的主机。

  1. 将8+ GB USB闪存驱动器插入从后方看的右侧USB端口。 在新Sockets上，该端口称为USB2。

  2. 将16+ GB USB闪存驱动器插入从后方看的左侧USB端口（在新Sockets上的USB1）。

  3. （可选）将串行电缆连接到Socket的控制台端口和您的计算机，并使用终端监控启动顺序。 将波特率设置为115200。

  4. 将电源线插入Socket。

  5. 插座将从8GB USB闪存盘写入X1500镜像到16GB以上的USB闪存盘。

    1. If the process completes successfully, the Socket will automatically power down about one to two minutes after the initial boot.

    2. If a serial cable is connected to the Socket, the following output will display on the terminal when the process completes:

  6. 完成后，从右侧 USB 端口（USB2）移除 8+ GB USB 闪存驱动器。

  7. 拔掉 Socket 的电源线，然后重新插上。 Socket 将从左侧 USB 端口（USB1）的 USB 闪存驱动器正常启动。

  8. Socket 现在完全集成出厂默认配置。

    a. 如有需要，访问 Socket 用户界面以配置静态 WAN IP 地址。 下载X1500 Socket 硬件指南获取说明。

    b. 如果 Socket 无法连接到 Cato 云，从 CC2 解除分配套接字，然后再次分配。

注意： 如果需要在同一插座上重复此过程，请在继续操作前移除所有USB闪存盘并对插座进行断电，以清除可启动USB的内存。
